Clinging Bite Feat 1

You have excellent control over your stomach-mouth. Your jaws unarmed attack gains the grapple trait. When you critically hit with your jaws attack, you can use your next action to attempt to Grapple that creature with your jaws or automatically extend the grabbed condition on a creature you're restraining with your jaws. This attempt neither applies nor counts toward your multiple attack penalty.
